Strength 101: Beginner-Friendly Strength Training Class

Want to feel strong, flexible, and fully connected to your body? Strength & Stretch 101 is the perfect fusion class that blends foundational strength training with deep, guided stretching...all in one energizing session.

We’ll start by building your strength with simple, effective exercises to target major muscle groups, boost your metabolism, and improve posture. You’ll learn:


✅ Proper form and technique for exercises like squats, lunges, presses, and rows
✅ How to safely use free weights, resistance bands, or your own bodyweight
✅ The benefits of building muscle for energy, balance, and long-term health

Then we’ll transition into a soothing stretch session to lengthen muscles, release tension, and support recovery. Expect:


✅ Gentle dynamic and static stretches to improve flexibility and mobility
✅ Breathwork woven in to calm your mind and nervous system
