Our Mindfulness & Mobility Camp blends structured movement, age-appropriate fitness, and guided mindfulness practices designed to help kids strengthen their bodies while learning habits that support emotional wellness and focus.
This 2-hour experience is intentionally paced to keep kids engaged, energized, and supported in a positive environment.
What Each Session Includes (2 Hours)
• 10 min — Mindfulness Circle Sharing
Grounding conversations that help kids feel seen, heard, and centered.
• 15 min — Guided Stretch & Warm-Up
• 40 min — Age-Appropriate Workout
Strength, mobility, coordination, and confidence-building movement.
• 15 min — Recovery Stretch
• 15 min — Mat-Based Mindfulness Practice
• 20 min — Wellness Bar Social Time
Every child receives a healthy shake + tea while they mix, mingle, and recharge.
Camp Schedule & Age Groups
Two Daily Session Options (20 kids per session max):
• 10AM – 12PM | Ages 8–12
• 1PM – 3PM | Ages 13–17
New weeks may be added as sessions fill — early registration is encouraged.
