You’ll be guided through simple, accessible stretches with an emphasis on breathing and relaxation. No experience needed, and every movement can be modified to your comfort level.

An open heart and an open mind. Yoga mats are provided. You may also want (all are provided at the studio):

  • A strap - for lengthening purposes

  • A stable chair (optional, if you are unable to sit on the floor)
