Booking & Confirmation

To maintain the integrity of the schedule and ensure a smooth experience for all, please review the following policy:

• All appointments must be confirmed prior to arrival.
• Unconfirmed appointments will be considered incomplete and will not be honored.
• Appointments will be confirmed within 24–48 hours of booking. Confirmation will be sent via text, email, or through the booking platform. Please respond promptly to secure your spot.
• If confirmation is not received, the appointment may be released or rescheduled.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling out of respect for the next client’s time.
